To ensure the latest updates from the system are reflected in the mobile app, click the SYNC button after verifying the visit(s). This will check for any new data from the system and update it in the mobile app, and vice versa.
If a visit or visit note does not have associated data in the system, a warning message will appear, alerting the user to address the deleted visit immediately. Any verified visits without a matching pair will be deleted promptly.
Tap the "TAP to View" button to locate and match an orphaned visit. This will take you to a page listing all orphaned visits and notes. To check for a plotted visit, click the "Find" button.
Note: Only visits with the same date as the verified visit can be matched.
A warning message will appear if a specific verified visit cannot be matched with a planned visit. The user can click the "Find" button to match the verified visit. This will display a list of planned visit(s) that can be matched with the verified visit.
Please note that only visits scheduled on the same date as the verified visit can be matched.
When attempting to match a verified visit with a planned visit, a confirmation pop-up will appear. To proceed with the match, tap "Yes." Once matched, the user can tap "Re-sync" to sync all orphaned records.
