Verify Centre aims to gather accurate data of the discipline’s visit location, capture the duration of visit, and aid in completing visit notes.
To log in, the user needs to enter Agency ID, User ID, Password, and click the Login button.
The user will then be directed to the EULA page. On this page, click on the I/We Agree button to continue to the Hospice Homepage.

Verify Centre has a user-friendly menu to improve ease of use.
The following tools are located at the bottom of the home page.

Tap on the pending icon to be directed to the calendar. It will also show all the plotted visits for the current week.
Tap the chat icon to check the active users and send messages.
Tap on the patient icon to show the assigned visits of the patient for the current election period.
Tap Sync to update both the app and the Hospice Centre with the most recent information.
IMPORTANT: After logging in make sure to tap on Sync for the app to check for any new plotted visits from the Hospice Centre. Before logging off and the user has done with his/her visit and completed the notes, make sure to tap on Sync again to transmit the changes done in the app. This is to merge the data.
The Other icon will expand the side menus. This contains the main menus and other additional menus.

A summary of planned and verified visits will be shown in a form of chart.
The map will capture the most accurate location available of the device.
It will show the visit assigned for the month.
It will show all the list of assigned patients visits of the current election period.
If the patient's name is clicked, all the planned and actual visits for the current election period will be shown.
Tapping the Check- In button will start the time of the visit.
Once done with the visit, tapping the Check-out button will stop the time and will show the total duration of visit.
To verify the visit, the signature must be obtained. It can be signed by the Patient, Caregiver, POA or the Guardian.
Tapping the Input Visit Note button will allow user to create visit note.
Make sure to select the correct visit type.
When completing the visit note, make sure to fill out all required fields which will be highlighted in red if not answered.
This page will show the user have several options.
NOTIFICATION FOR CHECKOUT
This can serve as a timer to notify the staff how long they should be in a visit and when would they need to checkout.
DASHBOARD SETTINGS
This option will allow user to filter the patients he/she wants to see. If enabled, the only patients that will show will be the patients with visits plans plotted.
AGENCY LIST
If the user has several agencies affiliated with, they can add those agencies for easy access.
This page will show the current version of Verify Centre App in use.
Make sure to logout once done using the app.
