To associate a carestaff to a visit type, click on Admin, and select Carestaff from the dropdown. Doing this will direct you to the Carestaff page.
Click the Add New Carestaff to add a new carestaff.
Fill out all the necessary fields and click Save New Carestaff once done.
Once the carestaff is added, the user must associate a visit type for visit plotting and payroll purposes. To do that, click on Certificates/Geo/Payrates and scroll down to Payrate Tab. Click on New and select the visit type to which the carestaff will be plotted and fill out the rest of the necessary fields such as the pay rate and the effective start and end date of the pay rate.
Once done, click on Save to add the Visit type.
When plotting a visit, the carestaff can now be associated with the added visit type with its corresponding pay rate.
