The Order/Communication Template section allows the user to manage the agency's order and communication templates. These templates are used when creating Physician Orders, ensuring that your orders are consistent and efficient.
To add a new telephone communication or physician telephone order, click the "New" button. Select the type of order or communication to create, add the subject, and add the template in the text box. After completing these steps, click on "Save."
To edit an existing communication or physician telephone order, click the "Edit" button. Make the necessary changes, then click "Save" to save the modifications.
If the user needs to delete a telephone communication or physician telephone order, simply click on the "Delete" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear, allowing the user to confirm that you wish to delete the selected order or communication. Click "Yes" to proceed and delete the item.
