The user will then be directed on the Medication Profile page. The medication profile shows all the medications in an episode.

CREATING MEDICATION SNAPSHOTS

Medication Snapshots take a screenshot of the available medications depending on the specific date that the user-specified. The user can then show this snapshot to the doctor to inform the doctor what medications were prescribed for the date specified. An electronic signature feature was added to track which nurse took the snapshot.

1. Click on “Take Snapshot” button.

2. A pop-up will appear where the medications can be sorted by order date and time. Once set, click on “Take Snapshot”.

3. Select options and click on “Create and Sign Snapshot” button located at the bottom right.

4. Type in the E-signature PIN and set the Sign Date, then click the “Sign” button.

VIEWING MEDICATION SNAPSHOTS

Click “View Snapshots” button.

2. Click on the “Date” and the snapshot will appear.
