Here are the steps to access the DSL e-fax feature:
Navigate to the Admin panel.
Select DSL e-Fax from the options.
The e-Fax interface allows you to manage your fax history and streamline document handling.
Sync Fax History: Click to update and synchronize fax records.
Print: Click to print selected fax documents.
The Last Sync timestamp is in the top right corner of the search bar. This shows the date and time of the most recent synchronization.
Use the following filters to refine your search results:
Search Bar: Search for specific faxes.
Sync by Date Range: Filter faxes within a specified date range.
Filter by Direction: Use the dropdown menu to view:
All faxes
Outbound (sent faxes)
Inbound (received faxes)
The fax records are displayed in a table with the following columns:
Document: The name of the faxed document. Click the Document Name to open a new page where you can view and print the document.
Recipient: The name of the fax recipient.
Recipient Fax No: The fax number of the recipient.
Subject: The subject line of the fax.
Sender: The name of the sender.
Status: Indicates if the fax was sent successfully, failed, or is in progress.
Direction: Specifies if the fax was sent (Outbound) or received (Inbound).
Status Date: The date and time the fax status was last updated.
Action: Provides options for viewing and managing faxes. The Action column includes the following options:
View File: Click this action to open a new page where you can View, Save, and Print the Document.
History: Click this action to open a pop-up window with detailed fax information, including recipient details, the subject of the fax, and the status of the fax.
In the Settings, you can select your agency's preferred fax cover page.
