The POC Parameters tab allows the user to set parameters for vital signs and define the actions that should be taken if the vitals fall outside the specified parameters.
To add a parameter, follow these simple steps:
Add the minimum and maximum numbers for the vital sign parameter you wish to set.
Add the unit of measurement for the vital sign parameter, such as "mmHg" for blood pressure.
Add an alert message displaying if the parameters are not met. This should communicate the actions that should be taken to address the issue.
Once the user has completed these steps, click on the "Save" button to save the new parameter in the system.
The user can now rest easy knowing that the vital signs are being monitored and that appropriate actions will be taken if they fall outside the set parameters.
