(NOTE: Only appears if the visit note status is in progress or reviewed.)
Once the visit note is signed, notice that there will be new buttons displayed.
5. UNSIGN

6. QA COMMENTS
In the latest QA comments update, users now benefit from enhanced functionalities. Here's a detailed guide on the new features:
EDIT COMMENTS:
Users can now edit QA comments. After making changes, clicking "Done" will update the comment content and the last update date.
SAVE COMMENT:
Clicking "Save Comment" adds the comment to the top, similar to the display of the first and second comments.
The system records the note's status before the QA comment was saved, along with the date and time. This information is displayed at the top right of the comment.
DELETE COMMENT:
Users can delete QA comments by clicking "Delete QA Comment." A confirmation popup will appear to ensure the intentional deletion of the QA comment.
OPEN FOR REVIEW:
Selecting "Open for Review" unsigns the visit note, changing the status to "In Progress" for review.
COMPLETE QA:
Choosing "Complete QA" updates the visit/wound note status to "QA Completed," rendering QA comments as read-only.
Unlike before, the popup doesn't close automatically after saving. Users must click "Close" or "Complete QA" to exit the popup.
PROMPT FOR UNSAVED COMMENTS:
If there are unsaved comments when clicking "Open for Review" or "Complete QA," the system prompts the user to save before proceeding.
Note: Existing QA comments data in the agency is now tagged as "Existing QA Comments," ensuring clear differentiation in the system.
