To create a wound note, left-click on the green field of the calendar and select the Wound Note option.
Drag the number icon found below the Wound 1-4 tab to the image to mark the wound location.
Some of the text boxes on the table have a drop-down feature. To pull up the drop-down, click the text box first and use the down key on the keyboard.
Once done, click on the Save button.
Discipline - user assigned to fill out the wound note
Date - date of the wound notes
Status - will show the state of the notes (signed/unsigned)
Under wound tab, by default the system caters up to 16 wounds. If patient has more than 16 injuries identified, the user can add another wound note on the same date.
Same as other clinical notes, wound notes are also required to be e-signed. To do that, fill out all information then click save, review, and electronically sign.
Print - The user can print out the note which they can bring during a visit and fill it out.
Document - the user can upload the scanned document (wound notes) and have it added on the wound notes section. After clicking the document button, click “Choose file” where it is saved then, click “Upload” and close.
Unsign - unsigns the wound notes.
QA Comment (Permission based) - This is where the QA input their comments if the note needs to be pushed back to the discipline for revision.
Deleting a signed Wound Notes (Permission based)
Click the batch delete/update date button under the calendar menu.
Select or highlight the wound note that needs to be deleted and click “Delete Selected” button on the upper right part of the box.
Deleted wound note will then disappear from the box.
