On the Patient’s Summary page, click on “Comm. Notes”.
Click on “New Communication Note” to create a new one.
Type in the name on Staff(s) for this communication notes. Type in last name and make sure to select from the dropdown.
Input the Caller Information. (Date is a required field).
Select a Subject by clicking the appropriate textbox.
To create a task, fill out the Create Task section. Click “Yes”, then select a priority from the dropdown list, identify the task start and due date and type in the Assigned staff. Upon saving this Communication Note it will create a pending task on the Homepage.
Enter remarks in the Comments box.
Once done, click the “Save” button located on the upper left on top of the Physician’s name.
Then the assigned carestaff can Electronically Sign it.
Printer Button
Print All - All created communication notes will be printed.
Printer Icon - Prints the communication note on the same row.

Hit Click to insert alert
On the Show or Read-Only Calendar, left-click on the blue field of a specific day then select “Add Communication Note”.
On the Visit Calendar (Main Calendar Page). Left-click on the blue area of a specific day, then select “Communication Notes”.
