The Bereavement node under the admin setting lets the user populate and set the choices used in the patient's bereavement details.
The Risk Assessment Type means the Risk of Coping Up for the patient's family. This lets the user indicate the level of risk by adding point/s to it. The points are preset per Risk Type. The Agency will choose the points within that range.

Issues and Goals are preset in the system. Issues depend on the Risk Type. Goals are patient-specific. Other Intervention is optional and is depending on the agency's preference.
Interventions Types is the action that the agency will do for the patient's family in grief.
Interventions are auto-populated by the system. However, the user still has an option to update to their liking.
Interventions are where the user can plot and schedule the frequency of bereavement assistance for the patient's family.
The Risk Intervention Template identifies the interventions needed for each risk type.
The Assign button is to assign the type of intervention for the type of risk (e.g., 2-week phone call or email).
The letter templates can be edited or updated by the agency themselves. However, the user can always ask for help from the notes team if they need to add images.
All items found in the Bereavement Setting are auto-populated in the system. However, the user always has the option to modify any of it according to their preferences.
Note:
Make the agency needs to make sure that the setting is added under Admin » Bereavement. This will so that it will populate in the patient chart.
Make sure also that the agency set to version 2.0.0 to populate the updated Bereavement templates.
