SIDE MENU

Verify Centre has a user-friendly menu to improve ease of use.

The following tools are located at the bottom of the home page.

- - Pending
  - Chat
  - Patients
  - Sync
  - Other

PENDING

Tap on the pending icon to be directed to the calendar. It will also show all the plotted visits for the current week.

CHAT

Tap the chat icon to check the active users and send messages.

PATIENTS

This shows an overview of patients assigned to a particular discipline, displaying the number of planned, visited, and checked-out visits.

SYNC

The Sync button lets you update the app and the Home Health Centre with the latest information. It is important to note that tapping on Sync will check for newly plotted visits from the Home Health Centre after logging in. Additionally, before logging off and completing any necessary notes, tap on Sync again to transmit changes made in the app and merge data.

OTHER

To access additional menus, tap the Other icon to expand the side menus. These menus include both the main menus as well as other supplementary options.

DASHBOARD

The dashboard displays graphical representations of patients' progress, including their visit summary and visit plan status. A chart format is used to summarize both planned and verified visits.

ROUTES

The map feature will record the device's most precise available location.

CALENDAR

The calendar page displays a daily view of scheduled patient visits. This page provides quick access to a list of scheduled visits for each patient, with an overview of visits assigned for the month.

ABOUT

This page displays the current version of the Verify Centre App that is being used.

LOGOUT

Ensure to log out of the app when you are finished using it.
