This will allow the user to create a checklist for the QA staff. This will help the agency make sure that there are no steps and/documents are forgotten. The Chart Audit Tools are pre-populated in the system. However, the user has an option to add/remove items.
To add a description, click the add button. This will show a popup that the user can then populate.
Clicking the existing description will open a popup that will show the tasks listed under the selected description. The user can then add, remove, and reorder items.
