To add a patient, go the Patient Menu and select Intake Wizard.
Fill out the necessary fields in step 1. Items with red asterisk means that they are required fields and must not be empty.
In Step 2, enter the assigned physician's name, order date & add a note in the narrative box. Then click on the Save button.
In Step 3, you will start filling out the Admission Page information of the patient. You may select the status of the patient from Pending, Admit, or Non-Admit.
Once done from steps 1 to 3, you will have the option to go to the Summary Page, Create an Admission Order & go to the OASIS page.
