PATIENT LIST
This displays a list of patients assigned to a specific discipline and the number of planned, visited, and checked-out visits for each patient. This page is easily accessible through the sidebar. Clicking on a patient's name will provide a detailed list of all planned and actual visits for the month.
Planned Visits refer to scheduled visits that still need to be completed, while Visited Visits indicate that the patient has come in for the appointment but has yet to sign off on the visit. Checked-out Visits refer to completed visits where the patient or their guardian has signed off. These visits can be synced with the system.

To access the admission packet, tap the chart icon in the screen's lower right corner.
The agency will provide the patient with various forms during the admission process. These forms serve as a document checklist and confirmation of receipt for the user.
