Home Health Centre's internal messaging system is a feature that allows users of the system to communicate with each other in a secure and effective manner. This messaging system is designed to facilitate communication between different users, such as physicians, caregivers, and other staff members, who need to collaborate and coordinate care for patients.
The different sections of the messaging system are:
Inbox: displays the messages that you have received.
Sent: displays the messages that you have sent.
Important: allows you to mark a message as important, and it will appear in this section.
Trash: contains your deleted messages.
Click on the "New Message" button to open the message composition window.
Enter the first few letters of the recipient's name or last name in the "To" field and select the correct recipient from the drop-down list.
Enter a subject for the message.
Type your message in the allocated box.
Click on the "Send" button to send the message.
