Requirements: All field users, case managers, and clinical administrators can input information and instructions as well as make changes to these forms if they have Hospice Centre user’s account and have access to these sections.
Left-click the Gray part of the Calendar to select Plot Visit to plot a visit. (Plot Visit - will let the user plan a visit per frequency for the entire benefit period)
Highlight the frequency of the visit to be plotted by clicking on the dates.
Vertical and Horizontal arrows at the top and the right side of the Calendar Plotter will highlight whole row/columns.
Click “Plot 1” to assign Payer, Discipline, Visit Type and Time In/Out.
Strict Visits Conflict Checking Feature - this will automatically check conflicting visit schedules based on the indicated Time-In and Time-Out.
Use Military time (24-hour format) in plotting/posting visits.
Drag & Drop feature
Left-click and press the mouse to the Discipline icon and drag it towards the date the user wishes to move the planned visit date, then release.
Delete Visit (permission-based)
This will allow the user to delete a planned visit by clicking the discipline icon and select “Delete Visit.”
Left Click on any of the plotted visit icon (gray box). Select “Quick Post.”
Enter the actual Date and Time of the visit and select ”Post.”
Left Click the discipline icon and select “Visit Note.”
Fill out and complete the note and click “Save.”
Left Click the green area in the calendar and select “Wound Note.”
Fill out the necessary fields and click "Save."
Left Click the green area in the calendar and select "Supply."
In the Pop-Up window, fill out the fields with asterisks (*) and click "Save."
Delete – a permission-based feature which will allow the user to delete the posted Supply.
Copy Base From – a permission-based feature which will copy the same data from the previously posted Supply within the same benefit period.
Left Click the green area in the calendar and Select Physician order.
Once selected, the user will get a pop-up window to create an Order.
Fill Out the necessary fields and save.
Left Click the green area in the calendar and Select Collaboration Note.
Once selected, the user will get a pop-up window to create a Collab Note.
Fill Out the necessary fields and save.
This feature will enable the user to set date ranges for calendar to display.
It will also give the user an option to show or hide post-discharge documents.
A permission-based feature which allows the user to post multiple visits at once.
User can also post visits as Missed visits or update visit dates and time before posting.
They can filter their view per discipline type or the corresponding discipline for easier posting.
A permission-based feature which allows the user to delete/update dates by batch.
This will give the user an option to manage the patient's election period data.
User can update Communication Notes, Other Notes, Supply Visits, Wound Notes, Visits (Actual and Plan), and Physician Orders.
This will show all the calendar icons and their meaning.
The color of the level of care for each patient's calendar is uniformed to the color shown on the Census of the agency. This can be seen on the agency's homepage.
This will allow the user to print the patient's calendar.
The user can select whether they want the icons or the actual visit details to show.
They also have the option to print the posted visits of the patient.
