HOW TO LOGIN

Note: For compatibility make sure to use Google Chrome browser

Once on the Login page, make sure to bookmark the website (it is the same as adding the site to the favorites).

On the login page, the user will find Announcements posted by the Data Soft Logic.

The log in panel is seen on the right side. Type in the Login Credentials provided by the agency, and click the LOGIN button.

Note: Use lowercase for the login credentials to avoid error upon logging in. The Login fields are case sensitive.

On the EULA page, click on the I/We Agree button to continue to the Hospice Homepage.
